We provide legal service to older adults age 55+ who would not otherwise be able to access legal services due to low income or other circumstances.  Our policy is to speak to the older adult before deciding whether or not to take a case.

In some situations we can speak to the legal representative of an older adult if the older adult is not capable of providing instructions to a lawyer.  If you would like to know if this exception applies to your situation please provide the following information and we will respond within 48 hours.
