The Elder Law Clinic provides services to older adults who:

• are 55+ years old (or legal representative of someone 55+);
• would not otherwise be able to retain a lawyer (usually due to low income); and
• have legal problems in our service priority areas.

Referrals

Referrals to the Elder Law Clinic can be made after speaking to a legal advocate on the Seniors Advocacy & Information Line at 604-437-1940 or 1-866-437-1940.  The advocate will be able to determine whether we will be able to help you with your problem.
